Redirects a portion of aircraft fuel sales/use tax revenue to the aeronautics account: 0.5% from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, increasing to 1% beginning July 1, 2027, with the remainder of the 6.5% tax continuing to go to the state general fund

Requires all aircraft fuel excise tax revenue to be credited to the aeronautics account, with expenditures limited to aviation-related purposes

Mandates the WSDOT aviation division to track additional funds awarded for airport projects through the airport aid grant program and report annually to legislative transportation committees from 2026 to 2031

Requires biennial reporting to the legislature on estimated funds returned to the general fund from sales and business taxes generated by funded airport projects

Takes effect July 1, 2026
