All employees, contractors, visitors, volunteers, and inmates entering the secure perimeter must be scanned; alternative search methods required for minors, pregnant individuals, those with disabilities, and those approaching radiation limits

Inmates with body scans indicating substance-related contraband must receive comprehensive substance use disorder assessments and treatment services, including medication-assisted treatment

Employees, contractors, visitors, or volunteers found with contraband via body scan must be disciplined per department policies and referred to law enforcement

Annual report to the governor and legislature required by December 1st detailing positive scans, contraband types, confiscation numbers over five years, and substance use disorder treatment data
