Amends RCW 70.58A.010 to change how gestational age is calculated for fetal death reporting, replacing the previous method based on the date of the individual's last menstrual period with "the best clinically accurate gestational age"

Fetal death continues to be defined as a product of conception showing no signs of life after expulsion/extraction that is not an induced termination of pregnancy and has completed 20 or more weeks of gestation, or weighs 350 grams or more if gestational weeks are unknown

Section 1 expires June 30, 2027, at which point Section 2 takes effect, creating a two-phase implementation tied to a separate 2025 law (chapter 58)
