Removes the examination requirement for Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW) applicants, leaving only education, supervised experience, and continuing education requirements

Creates an alternative pathway to Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensure allowing enhanced supervision with a supervisor attestation of skill and safety in lieu of passing an approved examination

Enhanced supervision hours for LICSW can count toward the required minimum 3,000 hours of supervised experience over at least two years

LICSW applicants must still complete at least 1,000 hours of direct client contact and specific supervision hours including 100 hours by a licensed mental health practitioner and 70 hours with a qualified LICSW
