Amends RCW 29A.84.650 to clarify that intentionally voting in both Washington and another state on the same election date constitutes a class C felony

Defines "same election" as any election with the same date, regardless of candidates, offices, issues, or measures on the ballot

Explicitly abrogates the Washington Court of Appeals decision in State v. Padrta (January 6, 2026), which the legislature characterizes as an erroneous interpretation of existing law
