Extends the claim period for paid medical leave from 52 to 78 consecutive calendar weeks, with the same maximum duration of 12 times the typical workweek hours

Maintains existing benefit limits: combined family and medical leave cannot exceed 16 times typical workweek hours (18 times for pregnancy-related serious health conditions)

Amends RCW 50A.15.020 within Washington's Paid Family and Medical Leave program, which has been in effect since January 1, 2020
