Tier three cannabis producers (10,000-30,000 sq ft) must demonstrate minimum gross sales of $24,000/month ($288,000 annually) over the two-year period before license renewal or be downgraded to tier two status with a 10,000 sq ft limit.

Tier two producers (4,000-10,000 sq ft) must demonstrate minimum gross sales of $8,000/month ($96,000 annually) over the two-year period before renewal or be downgraded to tier one status with a 4,000 sq ft limit.

Tier one producers (under 4,000 sq ft) are exempt from the revenue threshold requirements.

Producers may request a one-year exemption from tier conversion requirements due to extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, with requests due within 30 days of license renewal.

Cannabis producer license renewals become subject to the new revenue threshold and tier conversion requirements under this act.
