Allows sales of valuable materials under $250,000 to be advertised via newspaper, department website, or other practical methods with at least 10 days notice

Permits timber sales that receive no bids to be reoffered without full readvertisement, consistent with existing appraisal and notice requirements

Authorizes the department to sell state-acquired lands through licensed real estate agents or other commercial means at appraised value, with marketing costs payable from sale proceeds
