Adds stalking convictions (RCW 9A.46.110) to the list of offenses requiring mandatory Department of Corrections supervision, regardless of the individual's risk classification

Amends RCW 9.94A.501 to expand the categories of individuals the department must supervise under community custody

Applies to individuals convicted of stalking in addition to existing categories such as sex offenses, serious violent offenses, domestic violence felonies, vehicular crimes, and dangerous mentally ill offenders

Supervision periods remain governed by existing community custody duration limits under RCW 9.94B.050, 9.94A.701, and 9.94A.702, with exceptions for court-imposed exceptional terms or governor-imposed conditions
