Renames the "legislative-executive WorkFirst poverty reduction oversight task force" to the "legislative-executive economic justice and well-being task force" and aligns it with the Washington economic justice alliance and the state's 10-year plan to dismantle poverty

Expands governor-appointed voting members from 8 to 11 state agencies, adding the Department of Health, Department of Corrections, Department of Revenue, and others; converts state commission representatives from nonvoting to voting members

Renames the "intergenerational poverty advisory committee" to the "economic justice and well-being advisory council" and expands its membership to include workforce system and postsecondary education representatives

Requires state agencies, the Washington economic justice alliance, and the advisory council to report by December 1, 2026 on their review and update of the 10-year plan to dismantle poverty

Shifts task force focus from WorkFirst program oversight and intergenerational poverty to broader poverty reduction, including monitoring budget impacts on low-income populations and developing evidence-based outcome measures for the 10-year plan
