Increases the threshold requiring written/telephone quotations from three sources from the $40,000-$75,000 range to the $75,000-$150,000 range

Raises the public bidding requirement threshold from $75,000 to $150,000 for purchases

Increases the threshold for in-house improvements or repairs without public bidding from $75,000 to $100,000

Amends RCW 28A.335.190 governing school district procurement procedures
