Requires the Department of Ecology to publish and maintain a publicly accessible inventory of all known unauthorized waste tire piles in Washington state

Each inventory entry must include: pile location, approximate duration of existence, estimated tire quantity (by weight or number), known public health or environmental risks, and estimated cleanup timeline based on current funding

Follows a 2025 law (ESSB 5801) that increased the waste tire fee from $1 to $5 per new replacement tire sold at retail

Department is only required to publish information already in its possession, not to conduct new data gathering efforts

Expands existing website reporting requirements to include summaries of government cleanup efforts, authorized tire storage sites and transporters, and annual tire recycling/reuse rates
