Requires the Department of Corrections to supervise all sexually violent predators released under chapter 71.09 RCW, adding them to the list of individuals the department must supervise

Mandates that the supervising community corrections officer's primary work location be within 50 miles of the sexually violent predator's residential placement

Adds sexually violent predators to the categories of individuals sentenced to probation in superior court that the department must supervise, alongside sex offenders and certain domestic violence offenders

Amends RCW 71.09.096 (conditional release requirements for sexually violent predators) and RCW 9.94A.501 (department supervision authority)
