Defines seizure detection devices as FDA-approved monitoring technology that detects seizure activity, transmits alerts to caregivers, or collects data for diagnosis and treatment

Requires the Health Care Authority to conduct biennial reviews of covered devices and update the list to include the latest FDA-approved technologies
