Proposes amending Article XXIX, section 1 of the Washington State Constitution to allow investment of funds from the state's long-term care program for eligible seniors and people with disabilities

Requires investment income from the long-term care fund to be dedicated exclusively to long-term services and supports for program beneficiaries

Places the constitutional amendment on the next general election ballot for voter approval or rejection

Passed the Senate 42-7 on March 10, 2025 and the House 86-9 on April 11, 2025

Requires the Secretary of State to publish notice of the amendment at least four times in every legal newspaper during the four weeks preceding the election
