Extends Wisconsin Shares child care subsidy eligibility to custodial parents employed by child care providers, even if they exceed the standard income restrictions (currently 200% of poverty line)

Waives income and asset eligibility requirements for child care provider employees while maintaining other program requirements such as residency and child age limits (under 13, or under 19 if disabled)

Creates a new sum sufficient GPR appropriation specifically for child care subsidies to child care employees who don't meet income restrictions

Appropriates $1,200,000 for fiscal year 2025-26 to the Department of Children and Families for administrative costs associated with the expanded eligibility
