Requires the Department of Transportation to add an option on vehicle registration applications (new and renewal) for purchasing annual state park stickers

DOT must collect park sticker fees ($27.50 standard, $15 for additional household vehicles, reduced rate for senior citizens) plus a $0.50 issuing fee at time of registration

DOT must provide DNR weekly lists of applicants who purchased park stickers, and DNR must issue stickers to those applicants

Collected fees deposited quarterly into the conservation fund for state parks, recreation areas, state forest recreation areas, and Bong area lands

Takes effect on the first day of the 13th month after publication
