Students may request reasonable accommodations from locker room requirements, including access to single-occupancy facilities or regulated use of staff locker rooms

Female students may sue institutions for damages if denied athletic opportunities due to violations, and institutions may sue athletic associations that penalize them for compliance with these requirements
