Requires the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to designate and mark 8 highway segments as memorial highways honoring fallen state troopers

Memorial highways would honor Troopers Donald C. Pederson, Gary G. Powless, Debbie M. McMenamin, Willie Schoenberger, Jorge Dimas, Trevor J. Casper, Anthony J. Borostowski, and Daniel Stainbrook

Markers can only be erected upon receipt of sufficient contributions from interested parties (counties, cities, villages, towns, or other contributors) to cover erection and maintenance costs

No state funds may be expended for the markers other than contributions received specifically for this purpose

Designated routes include portions of STH 23, STH 59, I-94, STH 46, STH 67, I-90, and STH 54 at specific locations throughout Wisconsin
