Caps delivery or expedited delivery fees for earned wage access (EWA) providers at $5 for advances up to $75, and $7.50 for advances exceeding $75

Requires the Division of Banking to adjust these fee caps every five years starting January 1, 2030, based on changes in the U.S. Consumer Price Index

Exempts licensed EWA providers from portions of the Wisconsin Consumer Act, married persons' credit transaction provisions, and debt collection regulations
