Expands Medical Assistance coverage for basic dental services to include care provided by dental therapists in addition to dentists

Requires the Department of Health Services to ensure pregnant Medical Assistance recipients can see a dentist or dental therapist within 30 days of referral

Defines "dental therapist" as an individual licensed under Wisconsin statute 447.04 (1m) to engage in limited practice of dentistry

Applies the 30-day appointment requirement to recipients who are pregnant at the time of referral or become pregnant before their scheduled appointment
