Defined network plans, preferred provider plans, and limited service health organizations are also subject to the vaccine coverage requirements

Department of Health Services must consider recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics or American Academy of Family Physicians when determining which diseases to include in the state immunization program vaccination schedule
