Removes the requirement that the tribal school representative on the Professional Standards Council for Teachers (PSCT) hold a teaching license from the Department of Public Instruction (DPI)

Requires the tribal school PSCT member to be employed as a teacher in a tribal school and recommended by a federally recognized American Indian tribe or band in Wisconsin that operates a tribal school

Applies to individuals appointed to the PSCT position under s. 15.377 (8) (c) 14. on or after the effective date of the act
