Expands Wisconsin's indoor smoking ban to cover electronic delivery devices (e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, vape pens, e-hookahs) regardless of whether they contain nicotine

Broadens the definition of "smoking" to include cannabis, hemp, and any natural or synthetic substance intended for inhalation, not just tobacco products

Defines "smoking" as inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other product containing nicotine, tobacco, cannabis, hemp, or other inhalable substances

Exempts FDA-authorized drugs, devices, and combination products from the electronic delivery device definition
