Adds emergency medical services (EMS) stations to the list of authorized locations that may install newborn infant safety devices under Wisconsin's safe haven law, joining hospitals, fire stations, and law enforcement agencies.

Defines "emergency medical services station" as a facility staffed with an EMS practitioner that is not a hospital or fire station.

Requires EMS stations installing these devices to be staffed 24 hours per day with an EMS practitioner, have the device physically built into the building, and maintain surveillance systems for continuous monitoring.

Allows parents unable to travel to a safe haven location to call 911 and have an EMS practitioner dispatched to take custody of infants 72 hours old or younger.
