Prohibits election officials from placing candidates for president, vice president, U.S. senator, or representative in Congress on the ballot if they are conclusively ineligible under the U.S. Constitution

Bars presidential electors from voting for any presidential or vice presidential candidate who is conclusively constitutionally ineligible for office

Constitutional ineligibility may be established through nomination papers, candidate admission, or other conclusive evidence

Creates new sections 7.75(3) and 8.30(5) of Wisconsin statutes to codify these requirements
