Designates manoomin (wild rice) as the official Wisconsin state native grain by creating section 1.10(3)(w) of the statutes

Amends section 1.10(4) to require the Wisconsin Blue Book to include information about the state native grain alongside existing state symbols

Adds "native grain" to the list of official state symbols that currently includes the state song, tree, beverage, bird, fish, animal, mineral, fruit, dairy product, and others
