Prohibits vaping (inhaling or exhaling vapor from electronic smoking devices) on all public and private school premises in Wisconsin

Covers property owned, rented, or controlled by school boards, charter schools, and private schools, including playgrounds and athletic fields

Defines electronic smoking devices broadly to include e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, vape pens, and e-hookahs, regardless of whether they contain nicotine

Excludes FDA-authorized drugs, devices, and combination products from the definition of electronic smoking devices

Allows school boards, charter school operators, private schools, and political subdivisions to adopt more restrictive policies than the state prohibition
