Raises Wisconsin's minimum wage for non-tipped employees from $7.25 to $15 per hour upon enactment, increasing annually to $20 per hour by January 1, 2030 for large employers (more than 50 employees)

Small employers (50 or fewer employees) receive a longer phase-in period, reaching the $20 per hour standard minimum wage by January 1, 2034

Increases tipped employee minimum wage from $2.33 to $7.50 per hour for large employers and $6.50 for small employers upon enactment, eventually reaching half the standard minimum wage ($10 per hour) by 2031-2034

Requires the Department of Workforce Development to annually adjust the minimum wage based on consumer price index changes beginning January 1, 2031, with a floor of $20 per hour

Eliminates the current prohibition on cities, villages, towns, and counties enacting local minimum wage ordinances
