Extends special highway weight limits currently available to dairy vehicles to vehicles transporting maple sap or syrup from collection/production points to storage or primary market

Allows maple sap/syrup vehicles a single axle weight of 21,000 pounds (vs. standard 20,000) and dual axle weight of 37,000 pounds (vs. standard 35,000) for axles 8 feet or less apart

Permits an additional 2,000 pounds above standard limits for groups of 3 or more consecutive axles more than 9 feet apart, with total vehicle weight capped at 80,000 pounds

Prohibits use of these higher weight limits on interstate and defense highways for maple sap/syrup transport (dairy vehicles retain exceptions for I-39 and I-41 corridors)

Exempts the Department of Transportation from preparing its standard weight limit exception report for this legislation
