Creates a State of Wisconsin Nuclear Power Summit Board to organize, promote, and host a nuclear power summit in Madison focused on advancing nuclear power and fusion energy technology and showcasing Wisconsin's leadership in the nuclear industry

Board consists of 6 voting members (2 senators, 2 assembly representatives, WEDC CEO or designee, and 1 governor appointee) plus nonvoting members from the Nuclear Energy Institute, Fusion Industry Association, and UW-Madison nuclear engineering faculty

Summit must be held no later than one month after instruction begins at the new UW-Madison College of Engineering building, with participants guaranteed access to the facility

Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation provides funding and administrative support at the board's direction; board is exempt from state competitive bidding and contract notice requirements

Board must complete its work and dissolve within 180 days after the summit; remaining property transfers to UW-Madison's nuclear engineering program; all provisions repeal July 1, 2030
