Delays the effective date for campaign finance filing requirements through the Ethics Commission's Campaign Finance Information System (CFIS) from July 1, 2025 to December 1, 2027

Committees, political parties, and conduits will have an additional 29 months to comply with mandatory electronic registration and reporting through CFIS

Maintains the original July 1, 2025 effective date for other provisions in 2023 Wisconsin Act 126, including protections for election officials' personal information, felony penalties for harming election officials, and whistleblower protections for clerks reporting election fraud
