Amends Wisconsin Statutes section 108.09(1), which governs the filing of unemployment benefit claims and employer notification requirements

Maintains existing requirements that employers promptly inform the department in writing of any eligibility objections to benefit claims, along with reasons for objection

Applies to requests for information related to claims filed for weeks beginning on or after the act's effective date
