Requires both payers and payees in child support or maintenance orders to notify the county child support agency and the other party within 10 business days of any employer change or substantial income change affecting support amounts

Defines "shared-placement parent" as a parent with court-ordered placement of at least 25% who assumes proportional basic support costs; payees are not required to notify payers of income changes if the payer is not a shared-placement parent

Permits parties to redact personally identifying information from income disclosure documents, including Social Security numbers, addresses (if protected), account numbers, spouse and minor children's information, and taxpayer identification numbers

Authorizes courts to hold parties in contempt for failing to disclose required information and to award costs and reasonable attorney fees to the party bringing the action

Removes references to "family support" from notification requirements, limiting them to child support and maintenance orders
