Department of Natural Resources must waive the annual vehicle admission receipt fee, including the issuing fee, for parents or guardians of children with valid Every Kid Outdoors passes issued by the U.S. National Park Service

Applies to Wisconsin-registered vehicles except motor buses

Every Kid Outdoors passes are federally issued to 4th graders and provide free admission to national parks for the student and their family

Vehicle owner must produce evidence of ownership and proof they are the parent or guardian of a child with a valid pass

Amends existing statutes to add this fee waiver alongside the current waiver for service members
