Prohibits covered foreign persons from acquiring, owning, or holding any real property within 10 miles of a military installation, with violations resulting in forfeiture to the state and 18-month divestiture periods for inherited property

Completely bans foreign adversaries (China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela under Maduro, as designated by U.S. Department of Commerce) from owning any real property in Wisconsin

Raises the foreign ownership threshold for entities and trusts from 20% to 25% when determining if they qualify as "foreign-owned" and explicitly adds foreign governments to the list of covered foreign persons

Shortens the divestiture period for excess agricultural land holdings from 4 years to 3 years and creates a new exception for agricultural research leases of 50 acres or less
