Amends the definition of "electronic vaping device" in Wisconsin statute 995.15 to apply only to devices that deliver liquids containing nicotine, rather than the current broader definition covering any aerosolized or vaporized substance regardless of nicotine content

Includes e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, vape pens, and e-hookahs, along with components, parts, accessories, and nicotine-containing liquids whether sold together or separately

Excludes batteries and battery chargers sold separately, as well as FDA-authorized drugs, devices, or combination products

Affects the Department of Revenue's electronic vaping device directory, which requires manufacturers to certify FDA marketing authorization before products can be listed
