Adds new rights to Wisconsin's Bill of Rights for Victims and Witnesses specifically for sexual assault victims who provided a sexual assault kit as evidence

Guarantees victims the right to have their sexual assault kit tested within statutory timelines established under s. 165.775 (4) (b)

Entitles victims, upon request, to information about their kit's location, testing date, testing results, DNA analysis status, and whether a DNA profile match has identified a person

Requires victims be informed of the estimated destruction date of their sexual assault kit upon request

Mandates that victims be notified of any changes in their case status, including if the case has been closed or reopened
