Changes the allowable journeyworker-to-apprentice ratio from 1:1 to 1:2, allowing one journeyworker to supervise two apprentices instead of one

Amends Wisconsin statute 106.015(1) governing Department of Workforce Development oversight of apprenticeship programs and contracts

Prohibits DWD from requiring more than one journeyworker for every two apprentices through rules, orders, or program approvals

Applies to apprenticeship contracts under collective bargaining agreements when those agreements expire, are extended, modified, or renewed
