Wisconsin retains concurrent jurisdiction over juveniles age 10 or older who are alleged to be delinquent or in need of protection or services on federal lands within the state

Governor is required to accept retrocession of jurisdiction from federal authorities over any juvenile matter involving alleged delinquency or need for protection/services on federal enclaves

Retrocession documents must be filed with the secretary of state and recorded with the register of deeds in the county where the federal lands are located

Amends statutes 938.12 and 938.13 to add exceptions for concurrent state jurisdiction over juvenile cases on federal enclaves
