Adds April 24 as Armenian Genocide Awareness Day to Wisconsin's list of special observance days for schools, designating it as part of Genocide Awareness Month

Schools must appropriately observe the day when school is in session on April 24, or on the nearest school day if it falls on a weekend

Joins 22 existing special observance days in Wisconsin schools, including Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Veterans Day, and Bullying Awareness Day

Takes effect beginning with the school year following the bill's enactment
