Requires health insurance policies and self-insured health plans to cover diagnostic breast examinations and supplemental breast screening examinations for individuals at increased risk of breast cancer or with dense breast tissue

Covered screening technologies include breast MRI, breast ultrasound, breast tomosynthesis, contrast-enhanced mammography, and diagnostic mammography, following National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines

Prohibits insurers from imposing cost-sharing (copays, deductibles) on supplemental breast screening or diagnostic breast examinations, with an exception to preserve health savings account eligibility under federal tax law

Extends coverage requirements to Wisconsin's Medical Assistance (Medicaid) program and self-insured governmental health plans offered by cities, villages, towns, and school districts

Takes effect on the first day of the 4th month after publication, applying to policy years beginning January 1 of the following year
