Establishes a mandatory minimum 15-year prison sentence for child trafficking offenses (s. 948.051) and a mandatory minimum 10-year prison sentence for human trafficking offenses (s. 940.302)

Increases penalties for child trafficking from a Class C felony to a Class B felony, and for benefiting from child trafficking from a Class C to Class B felony

Upgrades human trafficking from a Class D felony to a Class C felony, benefiting from trafficking from Class D to Class C, and receiving compensation from trafficking earnings from Class F to Class E felony

Extends the statute of limitations for human trafficking prosecutions to 10 years after commission of the offense

Effective December 11, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date (with the extended statute of limitations applying to any offense not yet time-barred)
