Expands the $130 LLC filing fee exemption for student entrepreneurs to include high school students enrolled in public, private, or tribal schools in Wisconsin, as well as homeschooled students

Current law limits the fee waiver to students at least 18 years old enrolled in postsecondary institutions; the bill removes this restriction for high school and homeschool students

All members or organizers of the LLC must qualify as student entrepreneurs to receive the fee exemption

Takes effect on the first day of the 2nd month after publication and applies to articles of organization filed on or after that date
