Prohibits retail plant sellers and providers from labeling or advertising plants as "beneficial to pollinators" if the plants have been treated with systemic insecticides containing pollinator hazard warnings on their labels

Applies to annual plants, bedding plants, plant material, and nursery stock sold or provided to end users

Defines systemic insecticides as those absorbed by plants and transported through their vascular systems

Targets insecticides with pollinator protection boxes or bee/honeybee precautionary statements in the environmental hazards section of their labels

Takes effect on the first day of the 7th month after publication
