Department of Health Services required to award grants to mental health clubhouses, with a total cap of $300,000 per fiscal year and maximum $50,000 per clubhouse per fiscal year

Clubhouses defined as nonresidential rehabilitation programs providing support services to individuals with or awaiting mental illness diagnosis, but not directly providing treatment or medical care

Eligible clubhouses must require matching funds, offer voluntary membership, maintain separate physical space from mental health centers, and allow members to participate in administration

Grant program sunsets June 30, 2030, with no funds encumbered after that date

Appropriates $300,000 GPR annually for fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27
