Prohibits state, county, city, village, town, and long-term care district funds from being used to subsidize, reimburse, or compensate health care services for individuals not lawfully present in the United States

Prohibits federal funds passing through the state treasury from being used for health care services for unlawfully present individuals

Exempts payments that are required under federal law from the funding prohibition

Limits application of the restriction to situations where it would not result in the loss of federal funds to Wisconsin

Creates new section 20.926 of Wisconsin statutes establishing these prohibitions
