Reauthorizes the Warren Knowles-Gaylord Nelson Stewardship 2000 Program through fiscal year 2029-30, extending it four years beyond the current expiration of 2025-26

Creates a new major land acquisitions program requiring legislative enumeration for any DNR land acquisition project exceeding $1,000,000, with DNR required to submit proposed acquisitions to the Joint Committee on Finance by January 15 annually

Reduces the annual set-aside for nonprofit conservation organization grants from $7,000,000 to $2,000,000, while maintaining $1,000,000 annually for DNR land acquisition and setting $3,000,000 annually for the land acquisition subprogram through 2029-30

Limits governmental units receiving local assistance grants to no more than 50% of acquisition/development costs, with no more than 30% of the remaining costs payable through other grants or in-kind contributions; reduces grant percentage to 40% if applied for after closing on land acquisition

Requires DNR to prioritize property development projects over land acquisition projects and directs $2,500,000 from unobligated funds to the Les Voigt and Brule State Fish Hatcheries for wells, maintenance, upgrades, and new construction
