Creates a Class I felony for posting, publishing, distributing, or exhibiting "synthetic intimate representations" (deep fakes) of an identifiable person with intent to coerce, harass, or intimidate that person

Defines synthetic intimate representation as technologically-generated content using a person's face, likeness, or distinguishing characteristics to depict intimate imagery, regardless of whether components are artificial or legally generated

Expands existing Class A misdemeanor offense to include making reproductions of private sexually explicit representations without the depicted person's consent

Amends Wisconsin Statutes section 942.09 relating to representations depicting nudity
