Expands fleet vehicle registration eligibility to include motor trucks (8,001-54,000 lbs), truck tractors/road tractors (4,500-54,000 lbs), and trailers (up to 80,000 lbs), in addition to the existing automobiles and light trucks under 8,000 lbs

Eliminates the requirement for annual registration decals on fleet-registered vehicles; plates will display the word "Fleet" instead of having it embossed

Repeals section 341.308, which previously allowed separate fleet registration for hire/rental trailers in fleets of 100 or more vehicles

Requires weight class decals, when issued as a pair, to be displayed on both front and rear registration plates

Takes effect on the first day of the 10th month after publication (effective October 1, 2026, given December 10, 2025 publication date)
